The 4th service since the installation of our Valliant Heatpump system and the 1st using Boxergy. By some margin the most comprehensive service so far. Technician gave the external heatpump a deep clean in addition to a full check of all components and controls. Technician was punctual, professional and polite. Explained what was involved in his approach to servicing. Checked all settings and made efficiency adjustments where required. We have struggled to find a reliable and consistent servicing provider and pleased we found Boxergy. Very highly recommended.

Adam did a great job showing me how all the controls for the heat pump could be set up for the most efficient operation. He was able to demonstrate how a couple of aspects of the installation were causing suboptimal performance. It was really useful to have all the practical input right down to entering the Octopus tarrifs shown on my phone. The heat pump service market seems to be thinly served so it's great that someone is taking this seriously.

Recently I installed solar panels, battery and heat pump. Since 1st day, Boxergy staff was helpfull and clarified my queries.
Very quick doing all the background work (licenses, plans), and helping me with all papers for the governmental funding grant.
Installation on the day that we agreed, and after 2 busy days, everything was installed! Everything left clean and tidy, an amazing job. There was a small issue with my new battery (online settings), but that was fixed easily by the amazing staff that your company have.
Well done to all!

Back in March I had a PV solar system (9 Panel System & 10.1kWh Battery) installed. Like most people I searched the web for several weeks obtaining information on company web sites, details and reviews. I eventually narrowed it down to two, so I emailed the companies with annotated photos of my roof areas to assist with the installation quote. Both companies returned with a similar quote, but Boxergy’s head office was in Scotland (thought of dealing with a third party if there was any difficulties was not on my agenda) & an extra panel was included in the design. The original quote was 9 panels and 4kWh Battery. (Deals to upgrade to 8kWh and 10kWh batteries)
Survey was completed by Robert in a professional manner, and he explained the work details of the proposed installation. One problem I had was finding a place to house the Inverter and battery. (type of house, no cupboards and loft converted) After several emails containing annotated photos and conversations with Siobhan (& the engineering team) on several areas of the house it was finally agreed the system (PV inverter & battery) will have to be installed on the north external wall. With the location of the system agreed, I also requested to upgrade the battery size, Siobhan promptly emailed a revised quote.
At the start of the installation, Robert and his team introduced themselves and informed me of what the installation works entailed. The installation went on for a few days as there were other circumstances involved, (Training time I agreed to) and the electrician Darren was not available until the following week. During the installation there were a couple of issues, (cabling/damage to fixings of inverter) but these were dealt with in a professional manner.
The only negative issue that I would say is the “Access” part of the quote, I think any third party costs should be itemised (whether it be scaffolding/safety permits etc) not a fixed item, after all the installation and equipment costs are a substantial amount. Since commissioning (31st March) all systems/components have been working perfectly so far and we are very pleased with their performance. Following the installation, my project (as discussed with the team) was to build a cover for the external PV equipment to provide extra protection from the elements, guys job done. (see attached photos)
Anyway, I would highly recommend the Boxergy Team (from sales/installation/engineering/commissioning) for all PV Systems.

Our heat pump installation got off to a rocky start. While the engineers who installed the system were professional and efficient, communication from the office initially fell short – leading to radiator sizing issues that left our home too cold. Thankfully, Sam stepped in and resolved everything with professionalism and care. He listened and addressed our concerns, as well as kept us informed throughout the process, scheduled work around our availability, and ensured minimal disruption. Our system now works perfectly, and we’re finally enjoying the efficiency of our heat pump.

We're happy with the service: fair price, good system, and fitted well. We did have a delay over a few months, from our first proposed fitting date, which was because of poor weather meaning that some work couldn't be done on the roof (high winds; heavy rain). But when the work was done, they were very careful and kept us up to date about all that was happening, and we're now very happy with how our solar was fitted and how it works for our house. Boxergy recently completed a full install for us in the Scottish Borders, fitting solar panels, a battery and air source heat pump. The customer service and support was brilliant all the way through. We did have a few hickups with the heat pump install but they rectified everything without any hassle. There are a lot of dodgey looking installs out there but Boxergy seemed to do a really good job and were very patient when it came to waiting for home energy scotland funding and working around our rural location. Boxergy came and installed some antifreeze valves to our ASHP system. We previously had glycol for frost protection, however this was prone to cause leaks at every joint within the system. They also installed some automatic air valves, which were faulty due to debris contamination in our system, and serviced our ASHP during the same visit. Additionally, we have entered into a service plan with Boxergy for added reassurance and value.
The work was carried out efficiently by the engineer, who was able to suggest an effective solution for installing the frost protection to our system. We received excellent customer care and reassurance from both the back office and the engineer who visited us. I would highly recommend anyone looking to service, maintain or installing a ASHP to consider Boxergy.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I contacted Boxergy to service my hybrid heat pump . The staff in the office were very helpful which gave me a great first impression. Adam, their engineer, conducted their service and, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. After having a slow and poor experience with a well known energy supplier who wouldn't listen to my requirements for a solar install I cancelled it and was recommended Boxergy by my neighbour. Right from the initial online enquiry I was contacted by a member of staff who asked for some details and a few photos of my house which I sent out and within a day I had a report to say that there shouldn't be any issues with what I wanted and was given a very competitive quote. I was then given the next steps which were straight forward and a face to face survey was carried out at my property. It was mentioned that I could fit more panels if I wished which I did as the quote was still within the ballpark price from the previous energy supplier. After it was all arranged and the paperwork completed which was carried out by the office staff and each step explained at the same time it took 5 weeks from start to finish for my system to be installed. The installers were curtious and professional as was the electrical sub contractor and it took 2 and a half days to complete with no mess and no fuss. There were a few teathing issues to begin with but these we're quickly rectified by the Boxergy tech team. Thanks to all the team for keeping ping me in the loop throughout each stage and for a stress free project.

They were professional and courteous again not minding the lots of questions I had. Meanwhile Jack the electrician did all the internal wiring of the inverter , consumer unit and the batteries.
If I had to do it all again, I would definitely still use Boxergy. I did buy my kit from an external company but the install was subcontracted out to Boxergy.

Back in March I had a PV solar system (9 Panel System & 10.1kWh Battery) installed. Like most people I searched the web for several weeks obtaining information on company web sites, details and reviews. I eventually narrowed it down to two, so I emailed the companies with annotated photos of my roof areas to assist with the installation quote. Both companies returned with a similar quote, but Boxergy’s head office was in Scotland (thought of dealing with a third party if there was any difficulties was not on my agenda) & an extra panel was included in the design. The original quote was 9 panels and 4kWh Battery. (Deals to upgrade to 8kWh and 10kWh batteries)
Survey was completed by Robert in a professional manner, and he explained the work details of the proposed installation. One problem I had was finding a place to house the Inverter and battery. (type of house, no cupboards and loft converted) After several emails containing annotated photos and conversations with Siobhan (& the engineering team) on several areas of the house it was finally agreed the system (PV inverter & battery) will have to be installed on the north external wall. With the location of the system agreed, I also requested to upgrade the battery size, Siobhan promptly emailed a revised quote.
At the start of the installation, Robert and his team introduced themselves and informed me of what the installation works entailed. The installation went on for a few days as there were other circumstances involved, (Training time I agreed to) and the electrician Darren was not available until the following week. During the installation there were a couple of issues, (cabling/damage to fixings of inverter) but these were dealt with in a professional manner.
The only negative issue that I would say is the “Access” part of the quote, I think any third party costs should be itemised (whether it be scaffolding/safety permits etc) not a fixed item, after all the installation and equipment costs are a substantial amount. Since commissioning (31st March) all systems/components have been working perfectly so far and we are very pleased with their performance. Following the installation, my project (as discussed with the team) was to build a cover for the external PV equipment to provide extra protection from the elements, guys job done. (see attached photos)
Anyway, I would highly recommend the Boxergy Team (from sales/installation/engineering/commissioning) for all PV Systems.

Our heat pump installation got off to a rocky start. While the engineers who installed the system were professional and efficient, communication from the office initially fell short – leading to radiator sizing issues that left our home too cold. Thankfully, Sam stepped in and resolved everything with professionalism and care. He listened and addressed our concerns, as well as kept us informed throughout the process, scheduled work around our availability, and ensured minimal disruption. Our system now works perfectly, and we’re finally enjoying the efficiency of our heat pump.

We were extremely happy with our solar and heat pump installation from Boxergy. We found Ben and his team to be straightforward to deal with and everything promised was delivered. Like most people we needed information on the subject rather than pushy salespeople and Boxergy were able to provide answers every step of the way. We're happy with the service: fair price, good system, and fitted well. We did have a delay over a few months, from our first proposed fitting date, which was because of poor weather meaning that some work couldn't be done on the roof (high winds; heavy rain). But when the work was done, they were very careful and kept us up to date about all that was happening, and we're now very happy with how our solar was fitted and how it works for our house. Recommended!

Boxergy recently completed a full install for us in the Scottish Borders, fitting solar panels, a battery and air source heat pump. The customer service and support was brilliant all the way through. We did have a few hickups with the heat pump install but they rectified everything without any hassle. There are a lot of dodgey looking installs out there but Boxergy seemed to do a really good job and were very patient when it came to waiting for home energy scotland funding and working around our rural location. Rosie, Siobhan, Kirsty, John, Reece, Elliot and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with. Boxergy came and installed some antifreeze valves to our ASHP system. We previously had glycol for frost protection, however this was prone to cause leaks at every joint within the system. They also installed some automatic air valves, which were faulty due to debris contamination in our system, and serviced our ASHP during the same visit. Additionally, we have entered into a service plan with Boxergy for added reassurance and value.
The work was carried out efficiently by the engineer, who was able to suggest an effective solution for installing the frost protection to our system. We received excellent customer care and reassurance from both the back office and the engineer who visited us. I would highly recommend anyone looking to service, maintain or installing a ASHP to consider Boxergy.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I contacted Boxergy to service my hybrid heat pump . The staff in the office were very helpful which gave me a great first impression. Adam, their engineer, conducted their service and, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The equipment is still fairly new to me but Adam took time to share his expertise and answer any questions that I had. Infact, he was even more helpful than the company who installed it. I was impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness and care and attention to detail while carrying out the service. After having a slow and poor experience with a well known energy supplier who wouldn't listen to my requirements for a solar install I cancelled it and was recommended Boxergy by my neighbour. Right from the initial online enquiry I was contacted by a member of staff who asked for some details and a few photos of my house which I sent out and within a day I had a report to say that there shouldn't be any issues with what I wanted and was given a very competitive quote. I was then given the next steps which were straight forward and a face to face survey was carried out at my property. It was mentioned that I could fit more panels if I wished which I did as the quote was still within the ballpark price from the previous energy supplier. After it was all arranged and the paperwork completed which was carried out by the office staff and each step explained at the same time it took 5 weeks from start to finish for my system to be installed. The installers were curtious and professional as was the electrical sub contractor and it took 2 and a half days to complete with no mess and no fuss. There were a few teathing issues to begin with but these we're quickly rectified by the Boxergy tech team. Thanks to all the team for keeping ping me in the loop throughout each stage and for a stress free project.
