Emma is part of our Customer Experience Team at Boxergy, where she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Holding a degree in International Tourism and Marketing Management, Emma honed her expertise in consumer behaviour and marketing psychology during her studies. With a firm belief that exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of successful marketing, Emma is passionate about ensuring every interaction with Boxergy’s clientele is nothing short of outstanding.

With over three years of invaluable experience in the marketing industry across various sectors, Emma’s insights and skills have proven instrumental in driving marketing initiatives. Since joining Boxergy in August 2023, she has been at the forefront of data gathering and analysis, enabling the company to make informed decisions. Emma is also responsible for content creation, aligning our online presence with Boxergy’s core values and vision.

Emma plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. This includes efficiently managing phone and email communications, ensuring a seamless flow of information. Additionally, Emma takes charge of critical operational tasks such as audit requirements and system implementation, ensuring Boxergy operates at the highest level of productivity.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Emma has a passion for Muay Thai Kickboxing. She also enjoys reading and exploring the art of cooking in her leisure time.
